Oh wow, I LOVE the background here, starry sky, well done, clean too. It loaded really fast, especially considering I’m on wireless. Text is a tad small, but once again, it could be my screen settings. Also, I’m pretty confident that no site really needs that many ads way down at the bottom. Sure, they’re out of the way but if you scroll all the way down, you can have an almost entire screen full of them… that’s a lot.
Terms and Conditions page, wow… eye strain!! I just clicked through this, didn’t want my eyes to burn up before the game actually came around. Hehe.
Registration, easy enough, harsh white on black background is a little too bright, makes the edges of the text and lines blurry, but hey I can’t complain… I got through the registration with my eyes intact
Verification e-mail went to my Junk box, which wasn’t hard to take it because I was waiting for it anyways. I think this is the second site I’ve reviewed that had a really easy to read activation key email. I’m rather happy about that!
Hmm, is it just me, or is there nowhere to really SEE what the difference between the ships are… V2 Corvette, V2 freighter, V2 Miner, V2 Merchant? Sure I can venture a guess, but as my ‘Starship’ I would expect a little better explanation. I’ll go with the Miner, because I feel like mining things today.
If you don’t know anyone that plays the game, leave the “Homeworld” option at RANDOM. This is obvious, because there’s gotta be over 30 home worlds to choose from. I didn’t count but the list is long. I’d say that’s a good, and bad feature… too much choice with too little explanation can be bad, I hope the gameplay gets better than this post-registration page.
Where have I seen THIS layout before? Let’s hope there’s at least a LITTLE difference between this one and Galactic Fleets. Oh, hey there IS a difference… this one (V2) appears to be busted. At least parts of it are. I clicked the “My Captain” link, and look at what comes up “login”
After relogging, I find that it’s not the button that’s broken, but the fact that your session is rather short. Don’t be inactive for more than like 3 minutes, because this one really likes to boot you.
After some more snooping around, I feel that it is VERY safe to say: “Wait ’till this game is finished with it’s ‘updates’ and coding. It’s a waste of time as it is. Sorry.”
Okay? Hopefully that helps.
NOTE: If the owners of that game read this, I recommend hauling some serious butt on coding that game, given that it appears to be built from a base code, I would expect that most of the features would be ready, and this V2 version shouldn’t be advertised, the V1 version (Which I have not tested) should in fact be the one that is register capable, until V2 is done.

When I first saw the site, it looks very well put together, espescially for an MC Code game. Then, I asked my first question, “Where the heck is the register button?” After not finding it, I simply changed the URL to the register.php page (Remaining with the ref as ADTOLLCE.
I signed in and, OH NO!! Look at that! It’s all BLUE! :O Yes, that’s right, they go from very well put together smoothly interchanging earthy colors, to blue scale.
Some interesting notes is the fact that they got right into the theme, by changing the $ to a ¥ symbol, and in your first automated message from the admin, they actually use some decently designed grammar based on the concepts of the far east of old.
Going back to the blue thing, after a minute I decided it doesn’t actually look too bad, but they really should have kept to the login and register page layouts.
Even the anti macro is themed! The image having the number in it has a theme to it involving the game, which as small as it is, is a nice touch. Right along with that idea, they customized the crimes, yet not the text in the gym… oh well.
Once I went into the explore page, I was rather amazed at just how much they have in the game, most of which is customized in their theme to the game itself. EG. Rice Growing.
Their newspaper is even nicely done up, though not as well as they could have, I’m sure this newspaper would satisfy any users needs, having links in it, and main story content.
All in all: the game play’s pretty good, just needs to have the layout changed to the one that is on the register and login pages.
Recommendation - This one’s really based on you, given that it IS mc code, and many people have many games in the same codes, but if you like a fairly decent theme, and good gameplay, this one is a good choice for you.

In a somewhat sad note, the first thing I noticed on the main page, is the cascading colored text. I would expect a game like this to have a more overall interest across the page, but all I noticed right out was the text lists that go from white to a grey color as they go down.
Now, when you register, it sends you an e-mail. Of course, you have to check your JUNK BOX if you are using hotmail at least, unsure of others. But, the e-mail’s easy enough to understand, so go right on ahead and login to the game.
Oh, well this is much better. Though almost the same idea, with a somewhat darket inner layout, and some nice touches, the inside of this game feels comfortable and not too cramped. Oh hey! Hurray, it actually tells us that we have skill points to assign! Does this mean… oh yes it does! CHOICE!
After I assigned my skill points, which thankfully each skill tells you what it does, I decided to browse around a bit and get a more solid look at what this site’s all about. For this site, I had to UNBLOCK popups, because it has at least one thing that opens in a demanded popup (The virtual console), of course I had no idea really what I was doing with the VC yet, so I can only comment on how it actually looks somewhat cool.
I like how your computer software and hardware are both listed, and you have the ability to upgrade them/get new software. Along with that, the missions have a lot to do with your computer and software. Go figure that they actually function amazingly!
After a rather large amount of time on the site, I think I can fully say that this is a pretty good game all around. Personally I will suggest that, unless you DISLIKE turnbased games, give a go of this one. It may very well wind up being on your list of things to do daily.
I hope this helps, along with the other reviews I’ve done.
Sincerely

The first thing I noticed about this game, is that the text is rather small, especially the links at the top for Login, Register etc.
During registration, the text size is a bit of an issue, however it is still legible at the very least.
I really liked the simplicity of the registration e-mail. Seriously, a lot of games have some long winded e-mail, this one just says you registered with this e-mail, here’s your activation number, go to the link/game to activate. Boom. Done. Easy to understand, definitely a nice touch.
The layout seems to be fairly attractive at the opening, but once in the game, it’s mostly black, with a sort of greyish text.
At the same time, the placement of everything IN the layout that you see on the page, is really simple, but with a sort of class to it.
Everything is easy to find, the newbies button is something I’ve not seen anywhere else, which is really nice to see who else is new, which could help start a new alliance of sorts with people who are all new to the game itself.
When I clicked the “Guides” button, it’s actually a contact form for the guides, which is fairly different. I suspect the site would be a little easier to comprehend what to do with a pre-written guide, however at the same time, interaction with an actual person who plays and can make GOOD recommendations is quite nice.
In the end, the gameplay is alright, but you really have to dig around to figure out what to do unless you contact a guide. The layout is fairly simple, which is both good and bad. The color scheme could do with a change, and font size should definitely be increased.
Verdict: If you’re visually impaired, DON’T BOTHER! If you’re not visually impaired, then it may be worth a look, but it’ll take some serious getting used to, and could cause some frustration.
NOTE: If you ARE going to play, I suggest you contact a guide ASAP, to get an idea of what to do to start out. The rest is feeling it out and working your way through the game as per usual.
All in all, not the greatest, a lot of room for improvement.

I like the art. Straight out, first page the picture of the guy is in a nice and clean style. Well suited for the game. There’s preview pictures, a nice description and the login section. Color scheme is a tad dark, but it’s not bad at all. I cannot yet decide, after only just logging in, whether or not this is an MC Code game. So if it is, the owners are good… very good. The menu is what makes it feel like mc, likewise for the stuff in the header. But it’s nicely disguised for the rest of it… on this page at least.
Okay, after seeing a few of the pages, this must be mc code. It really feels like it is, and has many similarities… but that is a good thing, that it isn’t the same. Just from the conversion of many different things, and some original modifications, I already like the idea behind the game.
This is another example of “Use what you SHOW!” Meaning, the login and register, are DIFFERENT from the inside. Inside there are White/Greyish and Yellow fonts. The stat bars are solid yellow, which isn’t bad it really stands out. There’s a black and grey layout concept, which is pretty clean, but still I think they should have used the login page color scheme, or at least put this one out there.
Within minutes I was invited to a Gang, which is really nice… gang invites and the fact that I got one so quickly. There’s a persistent message for new prisoners, which needs to be set so that one’s you’ve clicked the Tutorial button, it goes away… it’s cramping the content a bit. The invite for the gang was also in an “Important Message” section, which is nice to be able to see all the events, mails and whatnot that occurr for you.
Now that I’ve joined the Gang, let’s see what it’s like in there. Actually, the owner sent me a mail, and I like how it’s setup. Like a real e-mail inbox. You have to open each message, and best part is, when replying the sender’s message is already included in the reply box. Nice touch.
Being me, I prewarned the Gang owner that I was doing a review, so that they wouldn’t waste any in game money or such on me, because I really don’t want someone else’s gaming to be ruined or in any way inhibited by my reviews.
Yes, this site does have prizes, no they’re not easy to get. They had 2 PS3’s up for winning, one was top referrals which has already been given out, the other is for top DONATOR… I suspect they want us to donate more than the site is worth
Well, there’s a lot more that I could review on, however I think I’ll not do a massive essay, and cut right to the chase this time.
VERDICT: Decent site, could do with some changes here and there, but for the most part I dont see any prominent bugs or issues.

What a really cool login screen! Seriously, it’s a full and clean image with a nice description/hook. After seeing this, I’m actually debating skipping the stage where I go out to have a cigarette to contemplate the layout of this review. If that’s not good, I don’t know what is….
Well, let’s register already! The register page is a little more bland, but it does contain a lot of information, disclaimers mostly to ensure their legal safety, which is smart on their behalf. When the register page asked be for my username, and pass.. okay fine by me. City to start, cool with me too, but do they really need to know my name, age and where my hometow is? Bah… lookin for trouble if I answered all of that true, so in hometown I put Not Applicable, maybe they’ll think I wasn’t born!
Woah woah woah!! Now, see this is just not cool.
• ERROR #5 - Invalid Gender: M or F only.
If you don’t understand why I say that’s not cool, it’s because they give you a TEXT INPUT BOX for a simple M, or F choice… in their case the code would need to be edited to either a dropdown, or if they don’t like that, at least put a maxlength=1 on the input tag.
Oh hey, they don’t want you putting your whole name, I input “Kyle Wolfe” and it tells me a-z characters only, seriously guys… give us some specifications! FIRST name, Kyle. Okay here we go let’s try that. Hurray! It’s done!
Oh… I am disappointed. The inside of this game is rather nothing like the login page. I would like some more graphical interface, or a different color scheme maybe. This would do for a game about castles, with all the greys.
However! This, has a LOT of stuff in it. Sure it’s a bit cramped, but a fairly organized cramped… You can do so much in this game, it’s really quite the setup. I’m ID 22801, but somehow magically ranked, 79. Is it just me or is this game complicated enough that basically everyone just leaves.
If they put an easy to find, easy to understand newbie guide or tutorial or something, I bet they’d retain a whole lot more users, and thus create a considerably more profitable and eventful environment for play.
Seeing as there is in fact, so much to do I think I’ll leave the actual physical gameplay experience up to you [the reader], however I can give out my rankings once I’ve experienced it a bit.
VERDICT: Not a game I would personally enjoy playing for more than 5 minutes, but there are many people who will enjoy this turn based game, it does have cash prizes but I’m guessing that’s for top player, so get your butt moving if you want free cash. Try it or not, it’s a half and half situation on this.
VISUAL RATING: 4/5 - So close, if you’d kept the login page idea with cool graphics and a sleek color scheme, a 5 is easily possible!
GAME PLAY RATING: 3/5 (This is my personal rating, this game is definitely NOT for me, but may come as interesting to some others.)

Definitely a good first impression! I signed in, to a nicely laid out game. The best part of my first 30 seconds in the game, was when I clicked on the “Game Guide” button, it opened in a new tab! How many games have we all played that you had to flip between the guide and the game itself? Not this one!
Color scheme: One of the few games that has successfully pulled off white text (Relatively white text) on black background. Red accents, some red text even.
Images are nice, to be totally honest in the first 10 minutes playing, my favorite image was probably the one in the “Hire” Section at the top, but hey, what can I say… I’m male.
After some simple searching using my rather abundant amount of start-out turns. I had a decent enough bunch of units to go ahead and play around with some other features.
NOTE: Thank God for that guide, I wouldn’t have thought about the fact that my defensive guys don’t COME with guns, I have to buy them for ‘em. That and, the guide tells you how to keep your people happy, drugs and booze… hahaha. Gotta love the black market, right?
I got a bit annoyed when the guide didn’t tell me where to actually USE the booze and coke that I bought to keep my plebeians happy, however I’ve STILL not found where to use them…. though after some reading, I suspect that it’s sort of a quantity of drugs/booze versus quantity of the unit that uses them. I guess time will only tell, however if that’s the case… I’m not particularly keen on the happiness thing, it’ll be time consuming for sure.
I think out of all the games that I’ve reviewed for CE, this one took me the longest to actually finish my review, because I had to scurry through the site looking for that which I have not found (Stupid happiness drugs/booze), but regardless. Really cool game play otherwise.
Attacking other users, collecting money from your units who work, and having your other units make THEM happy by defending them.
After careful consideration, I would recommend this game for a try, but not something that you want to obligate yourself to, WHY? Well, here’s why…

WELL I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOYED THE 50 TURNS NO MAX BUILD AS NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS WAS HAPPENING AND EVERYONE WAS GETTING THIS SO GUESS WHAT IT IS ALL OVER NOW AND TURNS ARE BACK TO NORMAL SO I HOPE EVERY ONE HAD FUN
Sort of sarcastic, eh?
Anyways, give it a try, though make sure to pay close attention to what you’re doing, something small can affect many other things in this game. Not for those who like a simple, “Click, Click, Boom” sort of game… this requires an attention span.
